To enjoy our relaxing services at Moon Light Spa in Goa, appointments are required and pre-payment is necessary to secure your booking. You can book your appointment in two convenient ways:
Online: Through our website, where you can select your preferred service and time slot.
In-Person: By visiting our service center and speaking with our staff.
Therapist Selection and Service Satisfaction:
When you arrive at our service center for your appointment, you will have the option to select your preferred therapist, subject to availability. If, during your service, you are not satisfied with your therapist or the quality of the service, please immediately inform our management. We are committed to ensuring your comfort and will make the best arrangements possible to provide you with an excellent experience and the best service.
No Refunds After Service Commencement:
Please note that once your service has commenced, or after the service has been completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. We encourage you to communicate any concerns you may have to our management during your service so we can address them promptly.
Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling:
Our policy regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling depends on how your appointment was made:
Offline Appointments (In-Person Booking): When you book an appointment at our service center, you may experience a wait time before your service begins. If you choose not to wait for your scheduled service after booking in person, no refund will be provided. You are expected to wait until your turn.
Online Appointments (Website Booking): Online bookings offer you flexibility in choosing your preferred time slot. If you are unable to make your appointment on the scheduled day and time, you can reschedule your appointment. If you choose to cancel your online appointment and no longer wish to receive the service, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

No Refunds for Completed or Commenced Services: As stated above, no refunds will be issued once a service has started or after it has been completed.
Online Appointment Cancellations: For cancellations of online appointments made through our website, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Offline Appointments (No-Show/No Wait): If you book an appointment in person and choose not to wait for your service, no refund will be provided.
